Super Ledger — Privacy Policy

Super Ledger (desktop office software and the “Super Ledger Salesman” Android app) is business software used by companies to run their sales and accounts. The business that uses Super Ledger (your employer) controls its data. This policy explains what the Android app handles.

What the app collects and why

• Location (precise and approximate) — recorded only when a salesman logs a shop visit, while the app is open. No background location.
• Camera photos — a proof-of-visit photo of a shop, taken in the app. The app does not read your gallery.
• Shop details — names, phone numbers and addresses of the business’s customers, entered for order taking.
• Orders, payments received and cash counts — the business records the app exists to keep.
• Your login name — to sign in to your office. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
• Bluetooth — only to print on an already-paired receipt printer. It is not used to find your location.

Where the data goes

Data travels only between the phone and the business’s own office computer, over the local Wi-Fi or an encrypted link for remote offices. NowDigiVerse does not receive, sell or share this data. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or crash-reporting services. Android cloud backup is disabled.

Retention and deletion

The business decides how long its records are kept. To have your data deleted, ask the business’s office administrator, or email nowdigiverse@gmail.com and we will help the business do it. Removing the app deletes the data stored on the phone.

Children

The app is for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
